1/4 cup cream 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce

canola oil for frying

How to Prepare:

Mix together well the ingredients and form 1 inch balls and deep fry till crispy brown everywhere .

LAMB WRAPPED IN GRAPE LEAVES

1 whole leg of ground lamb *or extremely lean red meat*

1/2 cup of pine nuts

Amt of all spice (whole) to liking (minimal amt)

*you can prefer to alter what you set in your lamb filler* bell apple juice tiny can of tomato sause.

How to Prepare:

You have to estimate the amt of filling for the leaves due to the varying sizes. don’t overstuff the leaves.

Layer and tightly lay the wrapped grape leaves in your pot. juice and tomato in pot then add only enough water to hide the grape leaves. you would like then to form sure that you simply have a plate or something heavy to stay the grape leaves from floating around. If you are making a bigger amount you’ll got to add a touch water to form sure the soup mix is all soaked. Combine all ingredients. Makes 8 muffins. Bake about quarter-hour . These are short but so tasty, better than a true muffin.
